Why is my handicap a very low or negative number?
This typically indicates a configuration problem with your course data. Verify that your course rating (a decimal close to par) and slope (usually above 113) are correct. After correcting these values, re-enter your rounds.
Why is my handicap lower than my average score?
Your handicap reflects potential performance rather than average scoring. Your lowest rounds are used in your handicap calculation. The green-highlighted rounds actively contribute to your handicap calculation per USGA standards.
Entering a 9-hole round
Use the specific 9-hole course data, as ratings and slopes differ between 9 and 18-hole layouts. Using 18-hole data for 9-hole rounds produces inaccurate results. The USGA's NCRDB tool helps locate proper 9-hole course information.

How do I cancel my Pro tier subscription?

Why are my rounds different colors?
Green rounds represent your 8 best scores from your last 20 rounds. White rounds are recent but unused. Gray rounds fall outside this window.
